Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and eeejili ("eeejili," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the eeejili online gaming platform accessible at https://eeejili.net and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, logging into your account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with eeejili's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and eeejili.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the eeejili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In the Philippines, casino-style online gambling is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above in accordance with applicable regulations. eeejili strictly enforces this age requirement.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of eeejili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by eeejili or by any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have had a previous eeejili account that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the eeejili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify eeejili immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

eeejili reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where eeejili has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

Deposits & Withdrawals

eeejili supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's payment section, which may be updated from time to time.

All funds deposited into your eeejili account are held for the purpose of gaming on the Platform. eeejili does not pay interest on account balances. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• eeejili may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documentation.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed where eeejili has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• eeejili reserves the right to impose transaction fees on withdrawals, which will be disclosed to you prior to processing.

Bonuses & Promotions

eeejili may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• eeejili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where a bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, the requirement must be met in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• eeejili reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other fraudulent means.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the eeejili Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

eeejili uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real-time studio environments provided by licensed third-party suppliers including Ezugi and Vivo Gaming.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. eeejili will not reverse or cancel a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard rules. eeejili is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• eeejili reserves the right to void any game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or data corruption has materially affected the integrity of the outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may be changed at eeejili's discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eeejili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in poker and other competitive game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or eeejili staff through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

Responsible Gaming

eeejili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gaming on the Platform is intended to be a form of entertainment. eeejili strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and to seek help if gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal harm.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted.

Intellectual Property

All content on the eeejili Platform — including but not limited to the eeejili brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of eeejili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from eeejili.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any eeejili trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorized use of eeejili's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eeejili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

eeejili does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. eeejili makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, eeejili's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude eeejili's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy

eeejili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

eeejili implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and eeejili cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

Termination

You may close your eeejili account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

eeejili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• eeejili is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• eeejili has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for breach, eeejili reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account. Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Amendments

eeejili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, eeejili will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
